How does my company get started?
  1. Send us an email on icare@industrymed.com and we will set up an onboarding call with you to explain our process- we work closely with employers to give them a bespoke solution
  • We ask for details on your workplace and how your workers complete their work, so we can certify capacity correctly - this onboarding process is the key to successful utilization of your light duties and reducing LTI.
  • We get to know your key personnel who may be booking on behalf of employees We identify key contact details such as HR/payroll, and health and safety teams that may need to liase with us or receive certificates.
  • We upload your key information into our secure Industry Med designed innovative technology, to make it easy and simple for each our Doctors to know about your workplace
  • With our individualized booking link - your company has direct access to all of our Doctors appointment availability and can book online instantly
  • We invoice weekly and your company can set up the invoicing process that suits your system
  • We see your employees and then send all necessary ACC documentation to your team
